Staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the tour. The boar was also clean. It was a great experience

I was a little taken back by people I encountered, due to these times we are living (COVID 19) Lack of social distancing, lack of Wearing mask. And then get defensive and combative when ask to put on mask. So yes, fines, fines, and more fines. More sanitizing stations needed '..with soap and water '.not just sanitizing gel. Overall enjoyed my visit . The National Harbor, Alexandria, Waldf. Awesome (excuse TYPO errors)

Beautiful Experience....had fun cruising. Enjoyed the scenery. Enjoyed the Hospitality of the workers...

The pre-recorded audio tour provides useful information about sights in the Inner Harbor. It doesn't always do a good job of orienting the viewer to the sight being discussed. We were disappointed in the excessive charge of $25 for the tour photo package. It makes no sense for the photo to cost more than the $23.00 tour ticket.

Tour left 10 minutes late, bartender was unfamiliar with how to make whiskey sour or kalua an creme, had to wait for her to get stuff she needed to make then had to wait for her to serve others then serve us, tour was pre recorded. Two crew told hello an welcomed us, the other ones said nothing at all, will never take cruise again, waste of money, time. Waste to our anniversary, we came from Cumberland md. Pity.

The tour was very relaxing, the staff was very polite and friendly, would definitely recommend this experience.

My fiance and I enjoyed a wonderful experience on a well maintained tour ship. The weather was beautiful for touring the harbor. The ship was well maintained and the crew were very nice and polite. I was pleasantly surprised when photos of us were taken upon our boarding the boat which we then purchased at the end of our trip - what a lovely memorabilia. The tour guide was very informative about the surrounding areas of interest along the tour route. I was very impressed with what I learned. I would highly recommend this trip - so well organized and the layout of the ship is very well done also.

This was a pleasant boat trip around the Inner Harbour, and the guide provided some interesting information. However, the two people at the ticket booth were unhelpful and not very friendly. I had pre-booked tickets using Viator and had to exchange the voucher for tickets at the booth. First the guy couldn't find my tickets, despite my name being on his list, and eventually had to re-print them, but the dialogue between him and his female colleague about whose fault it was, was anything but friendly, and I almost felt it was my fault he couldn't find them. Next I asked him which boat it was as their were two moored near the booth and he told me the wrong one, luckily the one he told me wasn't going anywhere that afternoon ! What surprised me was there was none of the normal American polite and friendly banter or apology while he was searching for the tickets and not so much of a Hello, Thanks, Sorry, Have a nice trip. The tour itself was pleasant though.
