Don't buy online tickets

We purchased tickets online for wed april 7 th.once we reached there we see a notice saying closed for today. They didn't mention it any where and allow us to buy tickets. We try to call to capital wheel but nobody picked up and saying the timings and hours are opening days and hours for that day.... And ticket cost is high than capital wheel website. There is $2 difference on each ticket.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately on 07 April maintenance issues prevented opening The Capital Wheel. As soon as the situation was realized, we posted the interruption in service on The Capital Wheel website and via social media. This does not, of course, offset your inconvenience and disappointment. Regarding the price difference, the pricing is due to fees charged by Viator and something we are also disappointed about. Tickets can be purchased directly from thecapitalwheel.com and at the Ticket Booth as well. It's better to purchase your ticket directly from their site. Purchasing from Google does not generate a bar code. That's what they need to scan to confirm your purchase. Thankfully the attendant has mercy on me and my son.
