Get a different perspective of the incredible scenery of Banff, during this horseback riding excursion along the Bow River or Spray River. This riding experience provides visitors with a first-hand taste of the wild landscape around Banff, much as the early settlers would have seen it, while mounted on horseback.

If you chose to cover the Bow River area, head to the natural sulfur hot springs. Follow the trail, which loops around a marsh near the Bow River. As you ride, catch views of Mt. Norquay and the Cascade Mountain in the distance.

Little bit of HELP please!
, Jul 2021
Would not refund my booking for three people or move to another day. Highway 1 reduced to one lane of traffic, couldn’t make the start time for the ride. Instead gave us a 30 min carriage ride through downtown Banff?! Not at all what I was going for! $225 down the drain!

Totally it is a scam. I lost C$148.62 for nothing.

Totally it is a scam! I arrived at 11:50am but had to line up (long line-up) to check in at 11:59am for 12:00 ride. The check-in staff said I was supposed to arrive 30 mins prior (i.e. 11:30). But when I drove from Calgary to Banff, because of construction and traffic congestion, I was just late a bit but still show up before 12:00pm. The check-in staff said the day is booked out (July 22) so there is no way she can reschedule me to anytime on the same day. For rescheduling, I have to pay additional 50% of the ride (about $70 for two people) as late penalty or something. So I ended up not having any ride but paid C$148.62. This operator scammed my C$148.62. I will continue to give them bad rating at Google and other social medias.

The trail leader Emma was fantastic, so personable and had so much to talk about along the ride! All the staff made these new, anxious riders feel welcomed, safe and excited to get riding! An all over great time that I would recommend to any tourist in Banff to take advantage of.

Beautiful Horses and Fun trail ride
, Oct 2020
This was an amazing experience! My fiancé and I went to celebrate our engagement that morning and this was the perfect choice. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The trail was beautiful, especially this time of year (oct). The horses were so well kept and so well trained! I rode the grey horse Roy and he was such a sweet heart! I could tell he wanted to go fast because he was trotting quite a bit through the ride but I enjoyed it so much! It was an amazing experience and I will be recommending this to everyone who visits Banff! Thank you for the great experience :)

One rider could no go due to their weight. No refund by the tour. I sire they should have a few bigger horses there just in case something like this happens

Heather we have a weigh restriction that everyone agrees to once they book a ride with us. This is in place for the health of our horses.
