Expert guide, beautiful scenery
Sylvia
, Aug 2021
First of all, our guide Arnau was amazing-his knowledge of Catalan and European history was extensive and detailed, he was very personable, courteous and adaptable. Tourism businesses in the area are just beginning to open up, so some restaurants and stores are not back to fully operating. That meant we had a group of 6, vs a group of up to 20 during full capacity, so a very personalized experience. It also meant that some of the restaurants and services were on limited hours. Arnau was able to find solutions (when a regular spot had closed earlier than usual, for example). The views in the Pyrenees were beautiful. Baga in Spain and Ax-les-Thermes in France were lovely medieval towns. We would have preferred more time (30 minutes more) for lunch and in the market at Ax-les-Thermes (we were there on a Thursday which was market day) and less time in Andorra les Valles. (30 minutes less) Andorra les Valles is really for mall/duty free shopping. Our entire group had nice comraderie and conversation, and Arnau encouraged that.

Long drive but excellent guide
Liz
, Jul 2021
The guide, Rodrigo, was fabulous. The tour went well, and I’m very glad I went. However, the towns aren’t very interesting and most of the time is spent in the van. I knew this was likely to be the case but I wanted to see Andorra because it’s not a country I would likely get to see otherwise. Well, check that off the list! But unless you want to buy the same brands you can find anywhere else, you’re not likely to enjoy the shopping there, and there is no time for anything else on the tour. The people in the group were very nice so that was great. It would have been nice to be able to drink water on the long van ride but due to Covid this was not allowed. We did stop enough to use facilities and get food and drink. The views along the drive were very nice too.

My trip was cancelled one day before the tour on the ground that a covid-19 related case happened. To this date, I am still waiting for my refund.

Driving tour of three shopping centers

I wasn’t a fan of this tour. A majority of the trip was spent driving and the rest of the trip was spent wandering around shopping areas. Andorra was the biggest letdown. We were dropped off at a giant shopping street for approximately 60 minutes.

Great Tour Guide!

The trip was so great and our tour guide was so great. I feel bad because I can't remember her name because the trip was over a month ago, but literally she was so funny and so knowledgable and I had the best croissant I ever had on this trip. I went with my girlfriends and we had so much fun and we were able to do a thing that we each wanted. Andorra was a hidden gem that everyone needs to see! I went on Saturday Feb 1st 2020
