We paid £14 each for this , and was only half a tour, I understand covid got in the way, but felt ripped off as covid has been around since March, and i think there should be more updated emails that if things cant go ahead, then we should have the option for a refund, on top of that we didn't even get a driver that worked for the company, we got an old guy who was more interested in getting a tip at the end of it. So not impressed at all, and the third thing, because i booked online, it was telling me I had to get my online booking printed off at an agent's booking office, otherwise it wouldn't be accepted on the day, to then being told once I got to the booking office, to then be told, this was only before covid came along, and now a booking im on my phone was acceptable, was only in Ireland for a few days and could have done without all that unnecessary running around, very poor service

Finishes at 4pm, Stormont not included at present. So was a little disappointing as the bus is hourly and we had most of an hour before we could get the 3pm bus. Bus driver very helpful.

Loved the tour, although felt that I struggled to keep up with the next point of interest after the last. Sound didn’t work for the first 10 mins, so missed that part and was very disappointed that we couldn’t even drive past Stormont (this part being omitted due to Covid was not clear when I booked). Enjoyed it though.

Our driver and tour guide were fantastic and very knowledgeable (Dave and Mick) I travelled with my partner and daughter who is 4 and we all really enjoyed the tour. We felt extremely safe and welcome on the bus and learnt loads on the trip. It was a great way to learn about Belfast in a short space of time.
