• You will be wearing your own clothes so make sure they're adventure ready. All our activities, apart from our High Ropes, are indoors, so make sure you bring some layers if needed.
• All specialist equipment will be provided and fitted by our expert team.

• All our activities are suitable for guests who are age 8+ years, with the exception of Shooting where the minimum age is 10+ years.

• Spectator tickets can be purchased at the attraction but only give access to the hub, no activities

• Age restriction: Climbing experience is designed for guests 8+, and if you are under 18 you will need permission from a parent or guardian and to complete your Adventure Portal documents.
• Children under the age of 8 will not be permitted to take part in any activities. Under 16’s will need a guardian over 18 on their activities with them. 16 and 17 year olds can visit unaccompanied but they will be unable to supervise others.
• Weight Restriction: Max weight 21.5 stone (136 kg)
• Unfortunately, due to the nature of this experience pregnant guests are unable to take part.
• Some guests may find it difficult to fit into our climbing harnesses even though they are within our weight limit due to their body shape. If you think you might have this issue, please visit our Accessibility page and get in touch.
