Fantastic ticketing experience and well worth it!

Was fantastic! Started off the day at Aquarium and pre-ordered the harbor cruise tickets at the same time which was Maybe less than 150 yards away! Then was able to go to the science museum in afternoon! People literally saw the tickets and gave you the admission tickets right away! Well worth it especially when the tickets are now like 28-32$ individually!

The historic cruise was AWESOME but be sure to get there 10-15 minutes before your boarding time. We waited until boarding time to show up and couldn’t get a seat outside the boat. It was hard to squeeze everything in since we just did a day trip so if you’re the kind of person that likes to stay at the places for a few hours at a time you may not be able to see every place included. Be sure to reserve your times if necessary at each place! It was a great experience/ day trip!

The Aquarium and Harbor Cruise were great! It was good to have city pass staff to help with scheduling or it would have been a bother.

Buyer beware

Bought the city pass for a 3 day weekend in Boston. Unfortunately 4/5 options required advanced time reservations after we purchased and were unable to visit ANY of the venues. Aquarium/Zoo/Museum all booked. Boat tours cancelled due to rain. The other option (Harvard Museum) was closed. Attempted to get a refund an hour after purchasing and was instructed the cancellation fee was the amount of the ticket so NO REFUND. Very disappointing, unable to call the company and just sending emails without responses. Realize covid limited capacity and weather can not be controlled but feeling robbed by Boston City Experiences 😞

I'm very sorry you had such a bad experience. However, you may be reviewing the wrong company. We are CityPASS, not Boston City Experiences. CityPASS has a 365-day refund policy for unused products; we offer a full refund for unused products within 365 days of purchase. We have never had any cancellation fees. If you think CityPASS is indeed the company you purchased your pass from, please submit a refund request for review at www.citypass.com/returns.

The guide on the harbor tour was fantastic. Kevin knew his history and made it come alive for us by sprinkling in humor and a few ghost stories. It was a lot of fun.

Could not locate tourist attractions available on pass. Asked several locals who did not know of attraction-observation deck at the Prudential.

This was a very helpful way to see the sites. The only issue I had with the tours was getting around Boston. This became a trial run of the Mass Transit systems for us. But I would buy tickets from Viator again!
