Arrive for your Harvard sunset tour in the evening in front of the Park Street ‘T’ Station, where you’ll meet your guide and continue on the ‘T’ red line train to Harvard Square in Cambridge. As you walk out of the train station for this famous transport stop, prepare to enjoy some great people-watching, keeping your eyes peeled for the numerous students, musicians, chess players and street performers that like to hang out in this famous public gathering spot.

Begin your Harvard trip by visiting the Loeb Drama Center, home of the university’s award-winning theater group. Then head to the famous Harvard Yard, a site crisscrossed by a constant stream of students during the school year. Make sure rub the left foot of the statue of John Harvard, the school’s founder, while you’re passing by: it’s said to be good luck. Continue your walk by visiting colonial Brattle Street, home of the famous Brattle House and nearby Longfellow Mansion. You’ll end your walk in Radcliffe Yard.

The home of British General John Vassal in 1759. Became George Washington Headquarters during the Revolution and ultimately the home of writer Henry Wadsworth Longfellow during the 19th century. We walk through the grounds around the house and gardens.
