purchased ticket from viator and it stated w/ water bottle but the company after having written proof of what was purchased provided 1 out of the 2 bottles that were promised. Also if you pay the ebike prior make sure they are aware of it or you will get the regular bike hence your responsibility. Overall good experience

Hi Sergio! Thanks for joining us on tour! I apologize about the miscommunication regarding the water bottles. We used to provide reusable sanitized water bottles, but with covid we no longer felt comfortable doing this. Water bottles are available at our shop and we provide water so that guests may fill them...or fill their own that they bring. Glad you had fun on tour!
