Don't use Viator! They will steal your money!

I went through Viator to arrange transportation from my hotel in Boston to the cruise port. I paid $120 and the supplier (Chiefton) never showed up and left us stranded. We called Viator to notify them of the problem and get their help. Neither of us could reach Chiefton So, we had to take an Uber which cost an additional $60. Viator is not willing to refund my $120 and I am mad! Do not use these people. They are middle-men and can't control their suppliers. Make your own reservations or you will be at their mercy.

Could have booked an Uber

Prebooked this to take us from our hotel to the cruise port. I called and arranged the time and place when we arrived in Boston. We waited for 15 minutes before I called to confirm we would be picked up. I believe the first car was sent to the airport. Eventually a car arrived. He was an Uber driver. I could have booked an Uber myself for half the price.
