ZERO experience

All the emails we had received from Viator was for us to arrive at the Brussels City Tour office at 115 pm. We arrived at 117 pm exactly. The tour guide had already left but the bus had not. However, we were not allowed to go with them. To add insult to injury, one of the two ladies at the desk was extremely rude. We used "" for other tours and were very treated. Viator needs to step up here. We are still waiting for a refund from Viator.

Frank was an excellent guide
, Dec 2019
Brussels City Tours is an excellent company and Frank was a terrific guide. Frank was very knowledgeable, funny and engaging in communicating interesting facts and stories on Antwerp. I also liked the pace of the tour and the timings in each location were perfect. Frank managed to keep things moving along without feeling rushed.

Antwerp Tour by Bussels City Tours

Great tour - the right length of time and ample opportunities to see many of the exciting features of Antwerp. For an in-depth visit, you might want an overnight, but for a good introduction to Antwerp and its history, this tour is great. One note, however - I did not find it easy to find the Brussels City Tours office.

The best!

The guide went out of his way to maximize the limited time there to see as much as possible. HE was so knowledgeable.

It was ok. Didn’t have the time to take pictures in the grand place. The guide was ok. We had a bid group and we had two guides because of different languages
Lack of crowd control
, Aug 2019
The group had two languages. He spoke in either Spanish or English whenever. He changed directions so I missed half of what he said.
Poor guide service!
, Jun 2019
Translation in three languages is not good idea, it is very uncomfortable to participants waiting for their turn.
Antwerp Half Day - Very Disappointing
, May 2019
This was a very disappointing tour. Our guide was such a grump. He never smiled and was never enthusiastic about anything we saw. He did a good job of translating all his comments into both English and Spanish, but he really never engaged the group or showed any emotion. It was very boring. We had almost 90 minutes of "free time" to eat, which was a waste - we could have been taken to more places. The tour ended almost an hour late because of traffic, which was a shame. My MapQuest showed quicker routes, which the driver did not take. I've taken other Viator trips in other countries which have been excellent. This one was not fun.
Does not cover much - Not worth it!
, Apr 2019
I took the tour on 14 April as I wanted to do a day trip from Brussels. Even though I booked the tour in English, the tour was delivered in both English and Spanish language. The tour guide was very traditional in his delivery of information. It was very basic and to the point. We covered the Cathedral of our lady, Grote market, St. John church, Museum aan de Stroom (just panoramic view) and the beautiful Antwerp train station. We just touched based at the sites with hardly any time to spend. It seemed that the rest of the group were bored too with the tour. The tour was nothing over the top, it can be easily done by oneself. The next day I visited Bruges and Gent and had a better day exploring.
