We enjoyed our Japser trip very much. We went on the tour in early May, although some of the spots were not yet opened at the time, our tour guide Will is very resourceful and took us to a lot of alternative scenic spots. He is also extremely helpful and informative. We learnt a lot about the landforms in the rockies, enjoyed wonderful scenery, and even got to see a grizzly bear along the way. It really is a once in a lifetime experience and we enjoyed it a lot all thanks to Will! Would definitely recommend the tour to others.

Se suponía que incluía el boleto para pisar el glaciar, pero llegando allá nos dijeron que no, y que además no había tiempo para hacer la actividad, y nosotros por eso fuimos. Aparte de que el guía no saabia nada ni hizo nada para checar lo de nuestras entradas al glaciar.
Nuestro guía les daba prioridad a las personas que hablaban chino.
No lo volvería a hacer.

The Icefield tickets do come at an additional cost, which we’ve written in the itinerary. We also messaged on July 9th, to inquire if you would be interested in adding on a snowcoach ticket. Unfortunately, we received no response, which is why we were unable to book this activity for you.
All our tours are provided with bilingual guides in both Chinese and English. Our professional guides speak both languages evenly to provide the best experience and knowledge about the attractions. Sometimes, language differences may cause a misunderstanding of inclination. Please be assured that our guests' experience is our top priority; we strive to provide the best service to every guest.
