Pink Sea and Mud Volcano

This was an awesome tour! I highly recommend! Our tour guides were awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable! The mud Volcano was a whole vibe! Exhilarating and relaxing, a very unique experience! The pink sea is beautiful! However the beautiful pink color can only be seen in the month of February and March. Because of the weather it wasn’t pink when we visited, but it is worth seeing!

Good but a Switch up is Needed.

Had a great time on this excursion. The trip was as advertised. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food offered on the experience was pretty tasty. The fried fish was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a filet but they served the whole fish. I am not the greatest fan of eating my food with eyes. The chicken stated that it was fried but it's a pan fried without batter. Don't expect Pop Eyes' Chicken. The biggest critique would be to reverse the order of the experience. The Pink Sea should be first and the Mud last. Most people dressed up for the Pink Sea. So getting into mud and then getting dressed is a bummer. Also, please let people know to be mindful that if people do ANYTHING for you, holding a shirt or a shoe, taking a picture, assisting you in the mud, they will EXPECT a tip. The tour guides do tell you that their tip is already included and that anything else is optional. However, the locals will come to your dressing area and ask/yell for an additional tip.

The pick up /travel van was terrible, no strong ac and everybody was sweating like hell , we just came across the volcano without explaining just 2 hours go , waste of money and also the pink lake just show us , and came back to the saona van , If you want to visit this places you can do it yourself, it worth that

Mud bath & pink sea

The pink sea was beautiful! and had a cool statue for great photo opps. The volcano mud bath was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. The massages you get in the bath are a great added touch and everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. My tour guide and driver was also very kind. 10/10!

The tour guide didn’t explain anything, literally show up to a location and say we have ex amount of mins. There was no volcano but a man made mud pool. A waste of money

Pink Sea and Mud Bath

We enjoyed seeing the Pink Sea in Galerazamba. We had a lunch on La Boquilla Beach in Cartagena. We were planning to go to the El Totumo Muf Volcano but could not go due to a protest blocking entrance to the mud bath. Overall we enjoyed but had wished we could have done the Mud Bath. Is there any way we could get a partial refund back. Paid $200 for 4 people and didn’t get the full experience.

Lackluster

Not what I expected but the guide was nice. The experience was lackluster to say the least. Man made mud bath, over crowded, dirty pond to clean off ( think dead fish floating by). Would not recommend.
