After pickup from your Dubai hotel or cruise port, travel by air-conditioned vehicle into the city's oldest quarter.

See Dubai Creek and visit Dubai Museum, set in 18th-century Al Fahidi fort, to chart the city's history. Then, pass Dubai Heritage Village and admire the marble domes of Jumeirah Mosque before seeing the palatial villas of the Jumeirah district, and stopping for photos by the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab.

View the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, and drive by the Sheikh’s Palace, Dubai Marina, and artificial island of Palm Jumeirah before a hotel drop-off and free time for lunch (own expense).

Later in the afternoon, enjoy a 4x4 pickup from your hotel, and make the 45-minute drive into the desert with a professional driver. Go off road for an exciting dune bash, and after a sand boarding session and sunset photo ops, continue to a desert camp. Here, enjoy camel riding, henna painting, and Arabic costume souvenir photos, and opt to try a shisha (Arabic water pipe).

Savor unlimited sodas, water, tea, and coffee, and finish with a barbecue buffet dinner accompanied by belly dancing and whirling dervish-style tanoura shows.
