Was a dub experience and worth the price. Just with I would have known there was no coffee (breakfast cruise, I assumed there would be) and there was fog which was out of their control but ended up making it a very cool experience.

Great experience! Booked this for New Years Day and was pleasantly surprised. Left promptly and adequate space on board. We initially booked the morning trip and we were then contacted to move to the afternoon one. Lots of space on board, and time to pose for pictures by the Palm Jumeriah. Wish food was served earlier so we could have enough time to eat. A great experience overall!!

Sold as a luxury yacht but ended in being an old dated catermarran with worn & burst beanbags to sit on.....when I asked why it was not as the photograph on viator I was told it was because of weather and people demand. So instead of a luxury yacht it was a catermaran rammed with people & more money for the company meaning social distancing was difficult at the time of the bbq and a disappointed traveller! And the weather was beautiful!!! The person I spoke to was extremely rude and argumentative and just told me to refer to the small print. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about this trip! After my experience I'd strongly recommend researching and choosing a company that can provide the service they advertise! I definitely will not be booking xclusive again!

Complete waste of time & money. Not professional at all, right from the start; super late to run it was dark when we left missed sunset what’s the point. We went on a small boat whereas others went on a big luxury boat- had to take shoes off my white shoes were returned dirty no regards taken. Food wasn’t good either and served 15 mins prior to returning thus no time to eat/ take your time.

This tour wad definitely the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Dubai. The views in the Marina are spectacular. The only change I would make is having a better selection for the continental breakfast.
