Overview

Winter is coming! Here’s a chance to represent House Stark and roam the grounds of Winterfell on this comprehensive Game of Thrones tour. Visiting several filming locations south of Belfast, guides use video clips and VFX breakdowns to show how scenes were made. Lars was a great guide for the day. We visited the Winterfell sites, and saw some great scenery along the way. Dressed in provided cloaks added to the theme. You would be lucky to find some of these shoot locations on your own, but you wouldn’t have the context of the filming and stories told. It was a full day adventure with group photos along the way and a group photo with swords at the end. Group photos were provided via airdrop before we left the bus.

I didn't expect a lot from this tour. I thought we were just taken some places that GOT took place but the tour was very very informative. The tour guide was amazing. She took time to tell us about each place, each scene, including behide the scene. She walked with us everywhere. Amazing tour. If you are a GOT fan, definitely recommend it.

I was concerned about the meeting time since our boat arrived at 7 AM but aside from the extremely early meeting we were not disappointed. Eric was superb, telling us interesting stories, behind the scene setups. Entertaining and for those GOT fans, a tour not to be missed.
