I wanted to see the complete view of duomo rather than climb it so I chose palazzo vecchio and it was a great choice. the weather was nice, the agent was great and the view was remarkable. highly recommend!

We paid to see the Palazzo Vecchio. Once at the facility we found out that the visit was not allowed that day but to residents of Florence. We had no other days to replace the visit. We had problems with our tour in Rome as well. We have not received a refund for the Florence fiasco but we should.

Tivemos muita dificuldade para encontrar o escritório para retirar os bilhetes. O stres foi grande pois eu havia comprado tickets com dia e hora marcados. Qdo encontramos o escritório, nos disseram que poderia ser em qquer horário, em um período de 6 meses. Ou seja, ninguém nos informou isso antes. E também não entendemos porque os tickets não puderam ser eletrônicos ou ter até mesmo a possibilidade de impressão. Teria evitado o stress e a confusão. Muita burocracia!! Não compro mais nesse formato.

Dear Customer, We are sorry for your negative experience. Our office is located exactly on the side of the Palazzo Vecchio and is not very difficult to find. Regarding the validity of the ticket, our staff always reminds you that the ticket is valid for 6 months (perhaps there has been a misunderstanding) and that it can be reused during the days following the visit. Our agency, however, sets a day and a time of visit to have an exact time for the collection of the ticket, guaranteeing you the service of withdrawal and priority entry, this thing is not guaranteed if you wait in line to enter in the Palace.
