Perfume Masterclass in Florence: Make your Own Personal Fragrance

Amazing experience which was made very special by the team. Final fragrance was spot on. We would highly recommend.

Nice antic Shop with 2 elderly charming ladies. The one explains with Passion the History of parfume development and from the Shop. It goes around 45 min. The parfume making itself is around 1 hour and 15 minutes. The parfumemaking was very interesting. We could create our own parfume with the Help of a Doctore who give the parfume the Last Balance of the ingredients. Nice tecomnendable expirience

Beautiful experience for perfume lovers! The master perfumer has a brilliant sense of smell, she helped us to create our own unique fragrances and we absolutely love them!

Such an interesting morning spent learning the history of perfume in Florence. The class took place in a lovely old shop, which is run by the owner Dottore Fernanda and her assistant Debora. Il Dottore did not speak English although she understood, and Debora imparted all the knowledge to us. We sat at a table made in the 12th century to learn how to mix our own personal fragrance with Fernanda's experience and Debora's help. At the end of the morning you come away with 50mls of the perfume you have blended and the recipe. A lovely morning and money well spent. Will go back.

Exactly what the tour description promises. With a lot of guidance from a Master Perfumer you get to make your own signature perfume and take a 50mlbottle home with you. Absolutely delighted with mine, and I can order more and they will ship it to me!!

The Dottoressa was wonderful and her two assistants helped to translate for her. We basically had the entire shop to ourselves. They were so patient and clearly love what they do. I would absolutely do this again!

So much fun. I was the only one in the class so I got to work one on one with the Doctor and Carmen. They're both very sweet and welcoming and Carmen was very helpful to translate. I learned so much and got to create my own signature scent! Such a unique experience. They even took a copy of the formula to make my scent so in the future, I can order it when I run out. The shop is beautiful too.

It was a really nice and different experience and you get the perfume with you in a bottle so it looks like a real perfume.

Previous reviews indicated a room fragrance was made but we actually created our own personal fragrance. A bi-lingual assistant explained the basics of how perfumes are created and helped interpret for The Doctor. Each person selected 3-4 scents they preferred for each the bottom, middle, and top notes. The Doctor's expertise helped each person combine their preferences into their own unique scent. The class was enjoyable, relaxed, and both the assistant and The Doctor were very pleasant and took their time with us rather than rushing us through the process. Would highly recommend!

Dr Fernanda and Carmen were absolutely amazing. I purchased this as a birthday gift to my friend. We learned about the formulas for making perfume and any questions we asked were answered. The shop was so beautiful! We made out perfumes and were able to have a record kept at the store for future bottles when we finish the one we brought home. The shop will make my perfume and ship it to me, now that is a wonderful service that they offer!!!!! After our class we went out for a cappuccino. A truly wonderful experience and I would recommend this to anyone interested in perfume!!!!!
