This activity will end right where it started.The entrance to Pier 21 is at the corner of Harborside Dr. and 21st Street. Paid parking is available in the lots in front of Willie G’s and Fisherman’s Wharf restaurants. Or, you can park on Downtown streets and walk to the pier.

Rude and unprofessional Captain

I booked my trip, chose my time it’s the responsibility of the passenger to show in a timely manner. It’s not fair to inconvenience the other passengers. The captain and the crew never informed the passengers the passengers had to go to the booth to ask what was the delay. I asked what time were we leaving the captain said we were waiting on late passengers and that he’ll leave when he gets ready. him that’s not how that works. I asked for refund was told no refund would be given. I told the captain he was going to give me my refund. He said he wasn’t going to let me on the ride and canceled my ride. I told him to call the police if he wasn’t going to refund my money. The captain told the young lady to refund me my money back. She looked up my reservations saw that I purchased through third party tells me to contact them for refund. The police arrived I was able to explain why I was very upset with the captain rude and unprofessional behavior. The policemen listened and gave me some advice which was to dispute the charges with my credit card company and write a review. I thank them for the advice.

Our captain made the correct call not letting you on the boat. There is no room on any of our vessels for behavior like yours and our crew will not allow it.

Jet boat guide was amazing this is a must when we come back. You get wet but not too bad so that was good. Great family music on the ride and we also got great professional pictures from the company. I will say sign the waiver online a head of time especially if you have a large party we had 6 and could have potential held up the other riders.
