we booked the Grand Canyon West Rim Day Trip by Bus with Helicopter and Boat and Skywalk expecting to be able to do all the activities listed, however there is just not enough time allocated to do the helicopter ride, the boat trip and the skywalk. By the time we were returned from the helicopter ride we were really pushed to get to the Skywalk on the shuttle, in the end we had to literally run round the skywalk unable to take any pictures or really enjoy the view and we were still late back for our coach and we didn't have any time to get our free meal either so we went without food for the whole day. It was very disappointing as I wanted to appreciate the experience. I complained to Viator and after first rejecting my appeal finally refunded the cost of the meal we didn't get chance to eat. My advice would be do either the helicopter ride with boat trip or do the sky walk. the actual trips were fine but they need to allocate more time to the trip.
