Sorry about this mishap. You have every right to be angry. We were in fact closed due to covid until November 6th. So we were out of the office. We notified the platform about the issues with our calendar it seems they were active a few days early. The guest has since been refunded in full and given a free comp for a future booking.

One of the highlights of my trip to Vegas! The scooters are very nice - easy to use and smooth! Our guide was full of fun facts and history of the area as well as a great photographer! I would highly recommend and I would do it again! It was hot but they provided water and enough stops along the way to catch some shade.
