• RECONFIRMATION REQUIRED: All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour one day prior to the tour date by contacting our reservations department. Our specialists are available daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick up information will be wait-listed.
• This is a VIP tour. We will accommodate a maximum of 13 passengers.
• Tips (gratitude for tour guide) not included in the price (suggested tip: $10)
• During summer months you will be exposed to intense sunlight and heat temperature, please bring sunscreen and other sun protection gears.
• During winter months you will be exposed to cold fronts and wind from the snow covered mountains. Please dress warmly and in layers.
• No meals are included, please bring refreshments on your own.
• Most travelers can participate
• No children under 2 allowed and children under 18 must have parent/guardian present.
• Nevada law requires children to be properly secured in a car seat until they are at least 6 years old and 60 lbs. Car seats available upon request.
• Hotel pick up and drop off times vary depending on the season. Please call to confirm your booking and schedule your pick-up at least 24 hours prior to departure date.

• Some stops and hikes may vary due to weather, National Park Trail Closures and traveler capability.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Select tours may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to departure. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. If we cancel due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled due to insufficient travelers, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

• It is a good idea to eat breakfast before pick up or bring some snacks
• Please wear proper seasonal clothing. Always check the weather before (call us if you have any questions).
• Bring sunscreen, hats and sunglasses during the summer months.
• Bring a removable jacket during winter months.
• Wear sensible shoes. The ground at Zion National Park can be slick after a rain, rocky and uneven. Sturdy, toe-covering shoes like sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
• Don't forget your camera!
