Valley of Fire & Pink Canyon - Excellent Tour

We booked our tour of the Valley of Fire state park & Pink Canyon through Viator. Booking was simple. The tour operator (Azucar Tours) contacted us several days in advance to confirm our pick up time and place. Come the day of the tour we were met promptly by Yamina. We were pleasantly surprised to find that including us there were only 3 people on the tour, so it was very private. The sights in this park are just spectacular. Yamina was very friendly and answered all of our questions along the way. She even provided a really nice snack bag during the tour. The highlight was the hike through Pink Canyon. The rocks and sand were such brilliant pinks and yellows, unlike the rest of the Valley of Fire which was full of red and orange hues. My words can't describe the beauty, it is something you must see, and take a ton of pictures to capture your memories. I highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely fantastic tour. Due to covid regulations it was private and the driver and guide was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. She tailored the walking to my lesser ability and made sure I got great pictures and views of all we were supposed to see. The Pink Canyons are fantastic and not many tours include them while visiting Valley of Fire. Well worth the time and the price to go on this one.

Due to the tour guide calling in sick, another person had to take us on the tour. We didn’t get any history or information about the sights. That was disappointing.
