They never let me redeem my tickets

My kids were sick the day of the trip to the aquarium. I messaged the guide to see if we could possibly reschedule. He said yes I could redeem my tickets all year and sent me the link. When I tried to redeem the the customer support lady said they didn’t do that and she would email someone and get back to me. It’s been over a month and still no contact. I won’t use Viator again.

It was actually my first time at the aquarium at Long Beach. I went there with my girlfriend for her birthday she loved it, she was able to experience something different and the fun part was able to see different types of sea creatures. Best birthday present ever.
