We went early on Friday, Feb 20th. The first ride we waited for over 70 minutes. We were told we could not do the studio tour with our ticket, which would have been a viable alternative. My son injured his back a few days before so we ended up not doing the one other ride that was open, since it warned about not doing if you had back problems. One of the other main rides was not operating.

We have been lucky enough to also go to Orlando Universal a few times and so can't help but compare the two. The park is fun, well located and the studio tour was the best part. Getting to see so many things being currently filmed was very cool but the number of rides still need to increase to bring the theme park nearer to Orlando standard.

Great day out, we didn't go on any rides as there not our thing but the shows there were brilliant. Was upset they start putting part of Jurassic park away before the park closes so we didn't see everything in one day. You need two day if you want to do all the rides as well as, overall a brilliant day out for all the family.

My ticket along with my wife's were never emailed/sent to me in any way until 4.5 hours after the park opened on the day I needed the tickets. Called customer service and they argued with me about sending me the tickets via email but the repeated sent the transit shuttle ticket not the park pass. Thank god the employees at Universal were able to find my tickets in their system to save the trip. I will likely not be using viator again.

Overall it was a good trip for the family, there was something for everyone to experience. However, not much to do for younger kids, my 3 year old wasn't able to go on most of the rides. Wouldn't recommend going in the summer months either, the heat and humidity was unpleasant.
