Fantastic! Do not miss!!

The host had an amazing voice and lots of personality! Oozing southern charm. We learned so much about the Memphis blues and music history. Enjoyed the sights as well as the tunes. We could not have enjoyed anything more.
Day Trip to Memphis
, Dec 2021
We just enjoyed the day , tour was good… area food was not as good as in May 2021… rain in the morning slowed us a bit , but afternoon and evening was good…
Crime in Memphis
, Nov 2021
We became aware that Memphis was the second most dangerous city in the nation within an hour of booking so we tried canceling. They refused saying there was no crime in Memphis. Look it up before booking. Never again!
icon Response from Host , Nov 2021
As we explained in our earlier reply, your cancellation request wasn't approved for the simple reason that it came in at 7pm the night before the tour: we have a clearly stated, long standing cancellation policy of no refunds within 24 hours. As for the issue you raised about crime in Memphis, we said in that same reply that "[o]f course no urban center is immune from crime, and Memphis is no exception. But our bus tours and walking tours have been going out daily with absolutely no incidents or even hints of incidents, as they have for over 15 years." We'd love to reschedule your tour to a different date and show you what makes Memphis such a unique, interesting, and beautiful city! Contact us anytime - even next year - and we'll transfer your reservation. I'm confident you'll have a great experience! We look forward to hearing from you.

Good informational tour with great music by aspiring singers! You get to see all parts of Memphis, including several key locations that shaped the music we listen to today.

It was great to hear the music while learning about the place and people. The musician had us all participate which drew the group together
Tour good, Megan sucked!!
, Nov 2021
Tour was really interesting and good but we received nothing but a horrible attitude from a girl named Megan who checked us in. I cannot believe how she acted and how rude she was. I had four ladies in my group and she did something ugly to three of us, three different instances. She upset me so bad that the tour was almost ruined before it even started!! Shame on her attitude and people like that should not be representing your company. The tour guide and driver were awesome, but Megan stinks and should not be working for you. I am in the customer service industry and in today’s world service is all you have. I hope this message gets to someone who cares and will address her pure rottenness…..Shame on her!!! You can get anyone better than her to greet your customers and to answer questions. I normally would not have even taken the time out of my day to even share this with you, but she made me so angry that I needed to let you know. I’m sure she probably treats your other customers with a rotten attitude also! She will know what she did because after the third innocent that occurred I flat out asked her name so I could report the correct person.
