We arrived 10 minutes early but didn’t start the excursion until 30 minutes after the scheduled time after everyone was checked in. It would have been nice to pay the additional fuel cost with the initial purchase but whatever... No restroom nearby so take care of business before you arrive. I wasn’t very thrilled that we had to takeoff our shoes and leave our valuables in an unlocked storage box before boarding the vessel. The guides, however, were great! Kyle and Sam made our first parasailing experience absolutely wonderful. Directions were clear, and the ride and landing were smooth. In spite of the few hiccups, we’d definitely book again.
