Such a fun tour. Our guide Luka was so knowledgeable and fun. He shared history of the swamp and what we were seeing as well as history of Louisiana and some of his own personal experiences. We saw alligator, birds, and a wild hog that came right up to the boat! I would take this tour again and highly recommend!

Tour Good, Booking Company Difficult

Tour was good. Enjoyed our guide. More than 24 hours prior to the tour asked to cancel the transportation to the tour. Was told by the actual company giving the tour we needed to contact Viator to do so. Contacted Viator and they told us to contact the tour company. Was never able to change. Disappointed it cost us more than necessary and was given conflicting information.

Our guide was Luka and I can't say enough good things about him!! I'd give him more stars if I could! He always had a smile on his face and gave us so much information about the area, animals, Louisiana in general and his knowledge on the biology and history of the area, were phenomenal. We really appreciated his kind and fun personality and if you get Luka as your tour guide, you won't be disappointed! We saw an alligator, pigs, blue heron and turtles on our tour...it was amazing!! Thanks Luka!!!

This was the best experience by far here in the NOLA. Stephen was a super great captain, he was funny and kept us safe. You were able to get a close look at the animals but with a safe distance. I highly recommend the swamp tour and I will do it again when I return to New Orleans.
