Booked for Sunday November 3rd, was contacted letting me know that the park was closed that day for the marathon so we couldn't take a ride that day...asked to be moved to Friday Nov 1, let them know my flight came in at 9am and then asked to have a ride at 11:30, but they booked me for 10:30- I wasn't able to make it from JFK to the hotel and then to central park in time to make it there by 10:30 and let them know, the driver said we could reschedule for the afternoon and then i got a message that since I didn't make it, my ride was non-refundable and they wouldn't reschedule for later on the first or second, so I paid for something I was never able to use.

Hello there You wanted 11:30 I said its already full so we can take you 10:30 and you wanted to book it. We are sorry but your driver waited for you and he got paid anyways. We cant pay your ride from our pocket. Its not our fault if you get stuck in traffic. We still want to give your ride . Let us know when you are in NY. Please delete this review first, we didnt deserve this. Thank you

Carriage arrived on time and driver was very friendly and knowledgable. We visited many great areas within the park and we stopped several times during our 45 minute carriage ride to take photos of iconic water fountains etc within the park.

Had a long day of walking so was glad of this tour to sit down. Was nice and peaceful however I think early morning would be better as we didn't see very much at night time guide was nice quiet but lovely we were so tired by this time we were glad of the peace

We enjoyed our slow carriage ride around the park, although in pain which resulted in us having to fly back home, it was a pleasant memory. Due to my injury was disappointed we could not be picked up from our hotel across the road from the park.
