Did the first one with same company in 2012, nothing changed apart from this one only 20 minutes. Fantastic flight as the sun was going down over New York, still great service, even though we were very late. Would recommend to everybody.

Even though we paid the same price as everyone else my partner had to have the middle seat where she saw very little of the skyline due to the people by the windows constantly filming on their camera phones. This seat should not be used or definitely should be at a lower price, very unhappy with the service from start to finish.

Overcrowded with no sound or guided tour

helicopter pilots did not know they had headphones that did not work, we where jammed in with another couple, we where a party of three and there is seating for four. Smelled of gasoline for the rest of the day, was absolutely not worth the price lucky if the whole trip lasted 15 min. Save your money and go out for something worth while.
