No tome el ferri ya que no leí la información completa llegue al embarcadero y pensé que ahí me darían los tickes mostrando mi confirmación de reserva que me mandaron a mi correo y mensaje , el recorrido era a las 10:30 am y justo a esa hora recibí una llamada de una persona la cual era la que nos llevaría al tour pero nunca leí que teníamos que encontrarnos con el en la calle 24 st ; por lo tanto tuve que comprar otros tickets y perdí los que ya había pagado con viator, en lo personal creo si deberían de enviar un mail o mensaje , o llamar mínimo 1 hora antes de que inicie el recorrido para confirmar asistencia y de esa manera no se confunda la información !! No estoy satisfecha con el servicio que me brindaron ya que la persona que me llamo no supo resolverme la situación le pregunté que podía hacer y me comento que nada que si ya estaba en embarcadero tomara el ferri , y obviamente tuve que comprar otros boletos en ese momento !!

La reservacion era a las 10:30 a.m. cuando llegamos dijeron que no habia nada hasta las 11:30. Pagamos por un guia de turistas y la persona que nos aprendio, solo sirvio para escanear los boletos de entrada. UN ROBO TOTAL

Actually we had you as a no show for the earlier tour which departed at 10:45 not 10:30. Guide called several times with no response. We accommodated you so you would not lose all money paid and made sure you received your ticket to the statue of liberty although your group already departed.
