Tour operator overall Was excellent. But don’t waste your time going to Woodbury. Everything is regular price with some BS buy one get one 1/2 off crap. Just a fancy mall. Way better prices in NYC. Some say it was the time of year but that makes zero sense as it was busy with tourists.

This is the second year running that we visited Woodbury Common. The first year was fantastic and we made great savings. This year we found it very expensive and most of the goods were the same price as in the City. (NY). The only store we found that you did save money was in the Nike store. Wouldn't bother to do again.

This is lovely shopping trip but you don’t save much if you're coming from Europe/UK. The staff were helpful on the bus but the journey back took some waiting for as the buses were delayed and there was a massive line, we waited for an hour.

Worst experience that we had on our trip to NYC. Got dropped off along the interstate upon arrival. Scary and dangerous!

We got dropped off along the interstate upon arrival, and then didn’t get picked up at the scheduled time. Stood in the pouring rain for 30 minutes. Called about the situation and was hung up on twice. Do not recommend this to any one. You can go to the public transport place where you have to meet the bus anyway and buy a ticket there for half the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE TOUR TRIP!!!!!!!!!!
