After pickup at your Waikiki hotel, transfer to the helipad at your prearranged departure time.

Climb aboard a state-of-the-art helicopter that lacks only one thing: doors. This allows you unobstructed views as you tour the island and makes for fantastic photo opportunities. Meet your expert pilot, who will narrate the experience as you fly over Oahu's landmarks. Choose standard open seating or opt for First Class seating for a more intimate experience including you and one other person.

Start by soaring over Honolulu Harbor, the Aloha Tower, Magic Island, Keehi Lagoon and Ala Moana Beach Park. Head out of the highly developed Honolulu area and towards the greener side of Oahu, which includes waterfalls, mountains and verdant valleys.

See the soft white Waimanalo Beach and the coral formations of Kaeohe Bay, striking when viewed from the air. See the Chinaman's Hat before heading to Ka'a'awa Valley, where a dozen major motion pictures have been filmed.

On the east end of the island lies Hanauma Bay, the remnants of a volcano crater that's now a marine sanctuary and popular snorkel location. See the Halona Blowhole, Sandy Beach, Makapuu Point and its lighthouse, followed by Sea Life Park.

The island's central plain is host to the world's largest agricultural maze at the Dole Plantation. View Sacred Falls, a sheer waterfall with a 1,000-foot (300-meter) drop. Finish your Oahu helicopter tour with a panoramic view of Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial.

  • Although we remain wheelchair accessible, we ask that guests be able to climb the two steps up into the aircraft.

  • Magnum Helicopters always flies with a full flight. If all four seats of the helicopter have not been sold the day before your scheduled flight we will contact you to reschedule. If unable to reschedule you will be given a full refund.

Our pilot Nate was absolutely fabulous, as was our driver Steve who picked transported us to and from hotel. They were full of knowledge and extremely friendly. I was a little nervous before boarding the helicopter, but I’m so glad I did it. A couple of tips: if you have a fear of heights or you think you have a fear of heights, don’t do this. Also if you’re the only person sitting in the backseat, make sure they secure the extra seat belt down so that it’s not flapping about and hitting you during the flight. That’s what happened to me and I was so busy trying to control the seat belts that I miss opportunities to take some pictures. There were a few points where we experienced some turbulence, but I found if I just close my eyes for a few seconds, it was OK. Make sure to take everything in; the views are stunning.

The flight itself was amazing as was the pilot. It was pretty disappointing that they had not checking the recording equipment on our aircraft as we are unable to get a DVD of our flight due to it being discovered as faulty after our flight

The ride, the commentary, the overall experience was very good; however, the people signing you in are deceptive. We were told that there would be an up-charge because of our weight. They then increased it by 33% after it was too late for us to cancel & get our money back. Beware!!!!
