very bad experience, my girlfriend and I had booked a tour for the day 14 October 2020, in the official website the times said from 11 to 20, we went to the place around 19 but there was no one, everything was closed, we tried to call but nothing, we had to write them on the assistance chat and they told us that the only tour available that day was at 14, without being warned or anything we lost money, I do not recommend this agency

I bought tickets from their website day before but for whatever reason the cashier at the entrance could not locate them and the barcode on my smartphone could not be accepted either. They were nice and helpful and did let us on the trip after all. The trip itself was quite enjoyable and the guide entertaining and knowledgeable.
