It was raining but they covered the Jeep and we were on our way . Dale was an excellent guide . He knows the area and made stops to give us information we could not have gotten on our own . The company made sure we had a good experience. There are seat belts in the Jeep. The provided ponchos forthe rain .
Customer service was excellent.
They switched from a ride that would have had us in traffic for and hour .
Nobody wants to sit in traffic on vacation
