Chasing Waterfall

First and most Thank you Phil for great information and enthusiasm. What a beautiful day to be chasing waterfalls. Only downfall was the inconsiderate selfish folks that were not only 30 minutes late at pick up and made rest of the tour to wait, they also were late getting back to the car after first waterfall which shorten our visit time/stop at the rest of the waterfalls. Phil was patient enough however I felt as why we should have to suffer due to other folks that have zero respect for anyone else’s time.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Phil. We understand your frustration about the other tardy guests. While we want to make sure that everyone who signed up for the tour gets to enjoy it, it is also tough to find the right balance of waiting for tardy people while not impacting everyone else's tour. We clearly missed the mark on your tour and apologize for that.

It was fire!

I have so much to share about Phil. He was super knowledgeable and not just about the falls and tourist stuff. He educated up about volcanoes, shifting earth plates, volcanic activity from millions of years ago, settlers of the area - like everything. He was amazing. Super excited, proud of his company. Found out he was a travel writer and gave a great recommendation for lunch after the tour and then dropped us off there! Awesome guy, awesome tour, I would highly recommend this tour.

Water Fall Extravaganza

The whole tour was much more than expected our guide, Char, was down to earth and curious and knowledgeable about the area. Being from Arizona being in the forest with mist and water running down the mountain was a true gift. I would do it again any day and see the water during different times of the day
