Zipline Adventure in Punta Cana

We were picked up promtly from our hotel. We had our hands sanatised and our shoes sanatised before we entered the bus. Everyone was wearing their face mask on the way to the zipline location. Our guide was fantastic. very enthusiastic and made the journey enjoyable. The zipline company was extremely professional. We had an absolutely amazing experience. My 10yr old is pretty small and i was worried about him zipping alone. They were very patient with him and made him have an outstanding expereince. even when he got stuck on a few of the zips, he didnt freak out because the staff made him feel safe and comfortable. The views were amazing. The pictures for purchase was extremely reasonable. each picture was 10 dollars each and the pictures were great. So much better than having to pay 70 or 100 dollars for a bunch of pictures that you only get a couple of quality ones. $30 and i got 3 great pictures. Once the zipping was complete, it seemed a little more disorganised. The busses picked people up from monkeyland before picking us up at the zip. There was no direction on where to go or what bus to get on. once we were on, many people werent wearing face masks. while unable to social distance, i feel it extremely important that the face masks be enforced. Also There was no hand or shoe sanitation getting back on the bus. Overall, the experience was great. My children loved it and we would certainly do this again if we ever return to Punta Cana.

Awesome! The guides were great..I am afraid of heights but they made me feel comfortable. The view was so Beautiful! Great experience and well worth every dollar!!!

I enjoyed your zipline facility greatly ,the runner adventure transportation service was terrible.stopping at an Exxon station and having to transfer to another bus was terrible.although Jose the bus driver was knowledgeable and friendly they have issues with being customer friendly.the trip back to the Texaco station for another transfer turned into a disaster.we had to wait over 30 minutes for other people.after they filled our tiny bus with a full load of another large bus I found out that a couple had done some damage to a dune buggy and they were forced to come on our bus and I was told they had to pay them for the damage . This had nothing to do with me ,but stressed the living hell out of me and my wife.terrible service and will never use Viator again.the runner adventures group should realize who pays their bills!

Workers are awesome and a lot of fun. Make sure you have water. We also got to see how coffee and coconut oil was made after we got done zip lining. And the host was hilarious i cant wait to come back

we booked the zipplining trip and it was just great . Security is first, quality of equipment is excellent, all guides are friendly and helpful, good explanations. Also the pick up was on time with a very friendly and secure driver (Francis, thanks for the interessting explanations which we got during our drive to the zipline center) . We liked that the driver and the zipline guides are all from Dominian Republic.

Guides for the Zipline were fun and and still safety oriented. They made it a good trip even for older people in my group that were nervous about the activity. Our driver Jose Carrasco also was great timely and provided a lot of good information about the area. Would recommend to others

We were picked up on time and our bus driver Jose was very safe and super informative along the trip. To zipline you can only bring your sunglasses with you so if you have other personal items (purses, hats, bug spray) you can either rent a locker for $5 or put them in plastic tubs that are out in the open. The guides were very informative and do a short presentation prior to going along the first zipline to show form and go over the do's and don'ts. This had 12 different ziplines some longer/shorter/faster etc with gorgeous scenery all around while you're up in the mountains. There is an instructor at every platform and they are educated and extremely safe with protocol. We had the best time and would recommend this excursion to anyone. You do need to have some novice level physical fitness because there are a handful of times where you climb stairs to get to the next platform.

This was SO FUN! The tour guide and entire staff was so helpful and patient. I saw several people zip-lining off the highways while driving to Punta Cana but this tour takes you up the mountain so you get to see spectacular views you won't see any other way. First time zipling and would 100% go again!

Drive (Wilbur) was five minutes early and courteous. He also had a great sense of humor. Tour itself was awesome with 12 ziplines of various lengths. Well trained staff and equipment was all in greta shape.

We are SO HAPPY we did this on our honeymoon! There were a few to choose from, but this company has the most zip lines to go on. The staff was great about getting us pumped up and ready to go. They were a lot of fun to talk to at each platform while waiting for our turn. The ziplines were long and high and the best we have ever been on! If you are thinking about doing this, you must do it, you won't regret it!
