Driver walked ahead of us on way to car, and did not offer to carry my bag. During journey, told us the fare should have been double what we paid. He also stopped at a fuel station to go to toilet and get a coffee, leaving us in the vehicle. Very disappointed.

Great way to get to our hotel from the airport! The driver was knowledgeable about the area and gave us great information about Rome and things to do and see while we were there. Much better than trying to navigate the trains or getting a taxi.
