Panoramic Route (pink double deck bus): Nine stops at Rome's must-see attractions. Make stops at Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Piazza Venezia, Vatican City, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Individual earphones are available to listen to the informative audio tour in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic and Dutch. This route runs every 10 - 15 minutes from 8:30am to 6:40pm Monday through Thursday; through 8:45pm Friday through Sunday.

Great tour. Bus was clean and staff were friendly. Nice way to get around the city. The wi-fi came in handy, but didn't work all the time. Saved us and out Coliseum tour by being able to download a PDF ticket though.

Average. Did the once around tour and watched as people got off at a stop and the 'site' they wanted to see wasn't even close....but, gave us a basic look at the terrain. The girl who.checked us in on the bus had just started her shift and should have stayed home, very rude.

The bus was very nice. One suggestion...since we booked online, it would have been most helpful if you had emailed us a map of where to get the bus. Or better yet had an app we could use. We spent a lot of time wandering around looking for the hop on and hop off spots

“Print tickets on bus or at office”. But WHERE are the bus stops? Where is your office? Some passengers had city maps. Where did they get them? This rating would be a 4 if these questions were not necessary. Also, some headphone jacks not working...on two busses!

The hop on hop off bus is a great way to get around Rome and Vatican City. The stops on the bus make it easy to take in many of the historic areas without having to do a lot of walking or taking taxis. It takes about one hour and forty five minutes for the bus to complete a full circle. I would highly recommend the hop on hop off bus.
