Rome Food Tour by Sunset around Prati District

Nice food tour. Our guide Francesca was very good and knowledgeable about food. If you get her make sure you listen to her about food standards as she can tell you how to know the difference between high and poor quality products, which has improved my diet since. The tastings were very nice, the cheeses, salami, pizza, pasta and gelato. Glad I did this tour.

Amazing food and tour guide Jess!!! Definitely come hungry because you get more than enough food and wine! We should have skipped lunch before our tour! Would highly recommend. Some of the best food I’ve ever had.

Our guide Francesca was friendly, made us feel like family and had a wonderful sense of humor. The Prati local family owned deli, restaurants, best pizza in Roma and unique, delicious gelato was molto bene! Our familia will recommend this tour to everyone! Ciao!

Jess was a fabulous tour guide. We really enjoyed the Prati district and all that it had to offer. This was the first thing we did upon arrival in Rome, which worked out perfectly to stave off the jet-lag. Jess provided great information, history, and knowledge when speaking of the food and wine we enjoyed on the tour. I would highly recommend this tour!

My family had a terrific time walking the neighborhood of Prati and enjoying gourmet food from delightful neighborhood shops. Francesca was a terrific, enjoyable guide and accommodated food allergies beautifully. Highly recommend!

Domenico was a great tour guide and brought us to 5 places. Our first stop was a restaurant with a meat and cheese board, then we stopped at Bonchi and got to try a variety of pizzas (amazing, delicious pizzas) and suppli, a meat store, a very nice restaurant with some of the best gnocchi I've ever had, and a gelato place. Also, basically bottomless wine! The meat store was the highlight of the trip as Luca (the shop owner's son), was a great host with amazing humor. Also, we were able to try various meats and cheeses with a truffle sauce and the highest quality balsamic vinegar. WOW! These are things you'd likely never try on your own since they'd be hard to access. I'm so happy we did this tour, and it has been one of the best parts of our Italy trip! Domenico was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and I'm glad he was our guide.

This was so fun, learned so much and ate such fantastic food! Highly recommend everyone take this tour, well worth the pizza alone!
