Private Arrival Transfer: Rome Train Station to Hotel

It was very disappointing to learn that we needed to confirm the transfer at least 48 hours in advance. Our hotel called for us 24 hours prior and we were told that our booking was cancelled. We were unable to reschedule another ride to the hotel. However, there are so many taxis in Rome that we were able to get a ride to the hotel that was actually less expensive than the transfer

The man that picked us up could not have been any ruder. We were told that we would see him with the sign when we got off the train. NOPE! So, how in the world are we supposed to know what side of a train terminal to go to when we depart in a city we have NEVER been to?? Excuse us for making YOU wait. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

Arrived on the listed train #8909 from Venice on time at 1350. Arrivals board in Rome Termini clearly marked. We looked everywhere but no sign with name. Took a cab for 20 euros to hotel. Spoke with someone who answered phone in Sunday. "It wasn't us. You must have had a different pick up company". I knew that was false--I have the voucher. He said they had "no booking" in my name. I said that I would handle this on my return to the US. He suddenly found my Friday booking. " I have proof that we waited until 2:21 pm and if your train was late that's not our fault". He seemed very combative. The train was listed to arrive at 13:50 and did so. I have proof we were left--we were there! We searched both exits as well as the arrival track. Why send someone for a 13:50 arrival at 13:01 to stay the 1 hour and then leave at 2:21. Poor service for the paying customer. Terrible business model. If I could have given a "0" I would have. We will see if they pick us up at our hotel within the hour or if we must take a taxi to the airport, too.

This is a great service. Always prompt, clean and comfortable transport. Well worth the extra money for party of 4 with luggage. Highly recommend Executive Rent through Viator.

I thought they were very professional, but I have to give them a 4 since we waited for 10 minutes where the pickup point was and then they got us and made us walk about 1/4 of a mile to where they decided to park with all of our luggage in hand. There were 17 people in total.

A group of six travelers, with luggage. Email confirmation didn't spify a meeting point, was expecting driver to meet the group in the train station. It took a couple of phone calls to find out where the driver was waiting for us (outside of the station). The drive to the hotel was fine, no issues. However, the driver stopped short of the hotel because he didn't think he could get closer (about half a block away). A short walk that could have easily been driven (on return from hotel to train station the same driver was able to pull up directly in front of the hotel). The transport was much easier than trying to coordinate several taxis or navigate the buses. All in all a easier solution than the options.

Drive was waiting when we arrived. Dressed professionally, carried my bags. He pointed out sites on our way to the hotel. The driving in Rome is crazy and I'm glad he was driving and not me. He knew the ins and outs and took us right to our hotel.

My clients were very satisfied with the service they received. The driver met them inside the train station, instead of outside. Great service!

Great way to avoid long taxi lines...worth the extra cost if first time in Rome. Later on, a taxi from your hotel works fine.
