The train would have been easier

Waited an hour for the driver to pick us up. Constant excuses from the member of staff who seemed more annoyed at having to deal with us rather than anything else. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is down to the driver who was polite and friendly. I would not recommend.

Hard to find the people after baggage retrieval. Had to ask for assistance. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for rest of people going our way. Only 4 of us. Once on board the driver was pleasant and informative. Knew where we were going.

Easy and affordable shuttle transfer to hotel

This was a great option for transport from the main airport in Rome to my hotel for me. The desk for the shuttle transfer was not in the terminal I arrived in, and I had to walk not far to the next terminal to find the desk. I had to wait a few minutes for the other passengers to arrive. We turned out to be a total of only 3 passengers. The driver was courteous and drove me to my hotel fast. My friend did not have as good of an experience since her shuttle could not wait for her since she took over an 1.5 hours to get through immigration and ended up having to get another shuttle transfer to her hotel.

Overall the actual ride to our hotel was fine. But we had a couple of concerns prior to getting in the van. First of all, there was a much longer wait from the time we checked in with the desk to our finally getting on the road. First we waited for over an hour an additional passenger to show up and then it was another 20 minute wait for the driver. Secondly, since one of our party has mobility issues we hoped that there would be minimal walking to get to the van. Instead we had to weave ourselves through the airport, a parking lot, etc. until we reached the it. So it was not truly a "door to door" service.
