The guides always make any tour worthwhile, and when you have someone who is actually enthusiastic about what they are showing you, it brings the experience to life. It would have been hard to enjoy the sights as much as I did without all the stories that bring the ancient rock to life.

This was an awesome 3 hour tour lead by the very personable and knowledgeable Matej (Mat). We struck a beautiful sunny winter's day which made for fabulous blue sky photos of such amazing and awe inspiring places like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Paletine Hill that we'd only ever seen on tv before. We certainly covered some ground so wear comfortable walking shoes and I daresay in summer it would get very hot so hats and water would be a necessity. Slight issue with the microphone/headphone on occasion but heard all the important stuff!
