This was the biggest waste of $350.00 I've used in a long time. The boat ride was wonderful which I could have purchased for $12.95 per person. The Hop On and Off bus tour was a joke for $68.00 each. It was ridiculous. The bus had no air conditioning. You could not even see out of the windows. Air had gotten in between the glass and they were fogged over. I realized it wasn't going to be good after getting to San Antonio but it was to late to cancel and get my money back. When I got off the bus we had sweat running down our backs. I would never ever recommend this to anyone.

My family member and myself had to go to three places to receive a ticket to get on the boat ride. The representative said we just had to show our bar code. They said that since we scheduled by a third party, we had to retrieve our ticket from another location. I was very disappointed in this and am requesting a partial refund. Thank you

Everything was fine but the river cruise. We are a tall family and the river cruise was very uncomfortable. I had to sit backwards so when the guide would say left I would have to turn right and wait until we passed whatever it was I was suppose to look at. You should take out or don't seat as many people in the middle seats. The top (railing) of the middle seat pinched my arm because it was out of place. I must say I loved the the guide we had, he was funny and very knowledgeable I forgot his name but he was born in St. Mary's Hospital if that wasn't just a line in his act 😉. The bus ride was very good and John was very knowledgeable in knowing which businesses were closed on Monday,

The boat was great. The bus tour was cool but if you get off you have to wait about 30 min for another bus. If you are inside the bus the windows are either dirty or covered with sticky stuff where you can’t take pictures of your tour and at 104* it was too hot for the top deck and the second bus we took didn’t even have a top deck and the window you couldn’t even hardly see through on one side.

The Hop-on-hop=off River Cruise was lots of fun, relaxing and the River boat captains were funny and knowledgeable.
It was disappointing that access to the Shuttle boats to get back to our Parking spots was not included in the $69 ticket per person. Would recommend that it should be or maybe a couple of dollars could be added to the ticket to make available this facility.

The historical boat tour was fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered questions easily. We learned a lot and the boat was comfortable. We were on two different buses. One was ideal with a pleasant driver. The other driver was loud and crude. We did not stay on that bus too long. All in all we enjoyed the experience.

The cruises were really fun but the hop on hop off was not really worth it for us. If we'd been staying more than a day it may have been. But i was really hoping to see some sights that we would not otherwise see from the tour itself because we were only there for roughly 36 hrs. Unfortunately that was not really the case from the double decker tour. We did learn some interesting facts on both tours.
