A favulous tour with a fabulous guide. Buddy was first class. His knowledge was outstanding - very witty with it. He took us on a magical tour of San Francisco showing us beautiful, interesting and historical streets, architecture of a vibrant city. Worth every penny.

This was your average tour of the city, nothing special. The driver was almost 30 minutes late picking us up, which was frustrating. I also would have liked more opportunities to stop at specific locations within the itinerary, instead of just pass by them. For the money, you definitely could have seen most of these sights and attractions within the city on your own.

I apologize for the late pickup. While we strive to be on time, there are occasions when things happen that are beyond our control. Yesterday, several main roads had construction delays and traffic was unusually heavy resulting in significant delays. While no doubt frustrating, we did insure that our guests received the full city tour experience by adding time onto the end of the tour. Our city tour is designed to be an overview of San Francisco's major sites with live narrative and 3 or so stops. We encourage our guests to revisit the sites that appeal to them later during their visit to San Francisco. It sounds as though you may have preferred a hop-on-hop-off bus tour that makes 20+ stops and is best used as a means of getting from one place to another. We hope that overall, you enjoyed your visit to San Francisco and wish you a Happy New Year!

Doug, our tour guide was excellent and extremely knowledgeable of the San Francisco area. He was very helpful and patient with our questions. One of the passengers was very rude to him at one point and I commend him for the professional the way he handled the situation. Great job Doug! Yeah!

first of all, our guide was late. then, he had to speak Italian and English because of our group composition. We thought our guide spoke most of the time Italian and we felt we were cheated of our time. This was a very disappointing tour for us and we did request for English tour.
