At the iconic Space Needle, make two visits — once in the morning and once at night — to experience a spectacular view of Seattle and beyond from 520 feet in the air. From the snow-capped Cascade Mountains to the majestic Olympic mountain range, the indoor-outdoor observation deck offers unforgettable views.

There is plenty to discover at the Seattle Aquarium — sea otters, octopuses, moon jellies and much more. Check out the Window on Washington Waters, a 120,000-gallon exhibit with daily diver shows. There are also live sea creatures in the tide pools. Go ahead, touch them. Then take a virtual vacation to the tropics in the Pacific Coral Reef exhibit and don’t forget to experience the Underwater Dome’s 360-degree view, an undersea dome with hundreds of fascinating Puget Sound fish.

Then choose from the Museum of Pop Culture — a nonprofit museum dedicated to contemporary popular culture — or the Woodland Park Zoo, a zoological garden around the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle.

Finally, pick from one of two Seattle Center attractions: the Pacific Science Center, a science and educational museum, the IMAX theater and planetarium with exhibits, or visit Chihuly Garden and Glass, showcasing the studio glass of Dale Chihuly, an American glass sculptor and entrepreneur.

I wish it will let us know that the places were closed cause of snow or Covid. We understand the covid situation and that we need to make reservations. Online they said they were open.
, Feb 2021
Most of the places were closed because of the weather and I paid 200 dollars for nothing!!!! It was bad

We truly enjoyed the Space Needle and the zoo. The view of Seattle from the Needle was breath taking. Enjoyed all 5 location. A little bummed that the boat tours were closed for the rest of the year

A lot of confusion.
, Oct 2020
Due to covid a lot of the place needed a time reservation with the city pass. This caused a lot of confusion because when my group arrived at one of the places the website said no reservation was required with the city pass but in fact there needed one. This caused us to wait an hour to able to go in to the zoo.

I apologize for the confusion; CityPASS guests do not need a reservation at Woodland Park Zoo, but will receive the next available time.
The ease of getting in to the sights
, Sep 2020
The City pass is a great way to see the sights in Seattle. Made things so easy to get into places like the Space Needle and Aquarium
We did not know some of the attractions closed
, Sep 2020
We went as a family of 3 people on 8/29/2020, we use Viator vouchers for Space Needle, Chihuly museum, Seattle aquarium only. I called Friday morning 9/25/2020 to ask about a partial refund, and the lady over the phone was nice and understandable, but I did not receive an email of confirmation with the partial refund.
Horrible, City Pass did not disclose most places are closed
, Sep 2020
We bought 6 city passes for 108 each. The city of Seattle is completely shut down related to air quality and was only able to go up the space needle and to the glass garden. I understand that you are not in control of this, but I believe we should get a partial refund for these passes. All the other options were not available at all. The zoo, museum, harbor tour, aquarium etc were all closed. The fact that the sight did not disclose this is shameful. We would have saved alit of money to just buy single tickets for the 2 places we were able to go.

I apologize for those unplanned closures. If you have not already, please submit a refund request at, as you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Seattle City Adventures
, Sep 2020
Due to Covid closures only 4 of the venues were open: Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, City Zoo and the Aquarium. It still turned out to be a bargain, but would have been much better if all the venues were open.
Falsely advertising activities
, Sep 2020
Terrible experience as I ended up spending more money than paying for the attractions I wanted. The Harbour Cruise is advertised as a main attraction but it is Closed for the year and I didn't get to enjoy it. I only found out about it after using the pass on another attraction and now Viator is refusing to give me partial refund, even though their website falsely advertised the Harbour Cruise.

I'm sorry about your experience. We have worked with Viator to clarify on their site that Argosy Cruises is temporarily closed.
Zoo, aquarium and space needle
, Sep 2020
Most locations “included” in pass we’re closed without any prior warning. Only 3 locations were accessible.
