Beautiful views from the beginning to the end of the train ride. The Verde Canyon is so interesting with its stories and history with gorgeous views in every direction. Loved it!

Nice trip. Ticket process needs update for the 21 first century!

We enjoyed the trip. My issue is with tickets. It makes no sense in our digital world, in which you send tickets via email or text, then require a paper ticket at check in. There is no reason not to scan the bar code you supply on the ticket!

Nice But Needed A Little More

The train ride was very nice. The appetizer box was full of goodies, and the service was excellent. Option to go out and view the scenery. We sat on the side with table & two chairs which were on the side of the most scenery. Seats were very uncomfortable. The side with couch might’ve been more comfortable but basically had no scenery. We were thankful to be on the side with the two top. Wish they had some sort of entertainment like the Williams train as it’s a long ride.

Would suggest a louder microphone to hear the story of the train, etc. We could hardly hear it. Enjoyed the train ride. A lot of nice people. Lunch box was good and also drinks. Ride was a bit long but overall enjoyed the experience. Thank you for a fun filled day.

Train Ride

Snacks were refreshing. Scenery was spectacular. Our side of the train - the sofas - was more limited in viewing opportunities.

Thank you Gail for choosing to ride Verde Canyon Railroad. Yes, one side of the train ride is the massive red rock cliffs and the other is the river. This is why we dispersed the complementary open air cars throughout the train so that everyone can experience 360° views. We do hope you were able to take advantage of being outside during the journey.

Nice scenery, pleasant coach, decent food, good drinks. Ride became a bit tedious toward the end....about an hour too long.
