My teacher Naphom was patient and kind. I happened to be the only person in class whom they accepted last min and she still took me in. We went to the market and she explained and showed the various ingredients often used in Cambodian cooking. The best part was I got to eat them all!

Had an awesome time cooking with Saroun. I arrived and was shown a big menu to choose items from. Then we went off to the market to explore and back to the upstairs of a nice restaurant. It was just me and Saroun and we had a nice time cooking and chatting. I learned some new tricks in the kitchen. The food was amazing. Best meal I've had. Totally loved this experience. Might it again next week. Thanks Saroun!

Fun learning adventure with patient experienced chefs. Lovely venue and nice to be able to choose your own menu. Transport a bit of an issue as pick up was 45 minutes late and there was no drop off. However we missed nothing as they took us through everything separately

A tuktuk picked me up to go to the restaurant. The lady teaching the course was very nice and the kitchen (up two flights of stairs) looked very clean. We could choose a starter, main and dessert (in my case green mango salad, chicken curry and some rice dumplings) and she helped us prepare them. It was a lot of fun and I hope to prepare these dishes at home with the recipes on their website. We ate our food in the restaurant afterwards. Only basic cooking skills are needed and I would highly recommend this for a fun half day in Siem Reap!

What an amazing experience!!! Such a well run class and a good mixture of menu choices. We got to prepare and cook a three course lunch which we sat down to enjoy at the end of the class. It tasted amazing!! The trip to the market was just a walk through though as the ingredients had been prepurchased.
