30-minute Private Gondola Ride in Venice

We booked a private gondola ride and our gondalier was Diego. He was very friendly, pointed out some key spots to check out along the ride and also in the city in our spare time. And he even sang happy birthday to me in Italian :)

Beautiful , relaxing ride , seemed longer than 30 minutes and no waiting time . We rode it the day after the initial booked day due to rain the day we planned it . Called that day to rescheduled and they accommodated us .

We had a great gondola ride. Good customer service. We had no wait and the boatman was very talented.

This gondola ride was the icing on the cake of our visit to Venice. We were in a time crunch and they allowed us to go 30 minutes early. Our gondolier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

We paid £116 for a 30minute private gondala ride. I booked this as I planned on proposing to my partner. However the gondals we’re back to back and the actual amount of time down the cancels was about 15 minutes the rest was sat in traffic of gondals. Not worth the money at all!

The experience was definitely something you must do in Venice, my only issue was that they took us down water ways that were small and had nothing to see. Once reaching the big canal they were some good views and picture opportunities but it was just 5mins at the end. So I'm not sure that it was worth the price, considering you can get the same price paying cash in person for a longer ride.

We were ran all over Venice trying to find witch vendor we had booked through. We used the adress given on the conformation, and was sent to a dozen different vendors all claiming it wasnt them.Finally after being sent to same vendor and some pushing we were able to get our gondola ride. The ride was great once we got it,but very frustrating overAll.

It was nice knowing in advance the cost and what to expect. I was a little disappointed that there was no interaction from our gondolier and that 10 minutes of the 30 minute ride was basically waiting in line behind other gondolas waiting to disembark. The gondola ride should be experienced at least once, but don't get your hopes up to high with this ride.

We have booked this tour last JULY 9, 2018 at 10 am. We booked and paid online because it was written on your highlights that we will see the RIALTO BRIDGE, but we did not sail across Rialto Bridge. We have paid 160.05 US dollars. We have found out it was better to but a Gondola Service near Rialto Bridge , who will sail definitely and it was much cheaper 80 euro, half price. Furthermore, we called you to tell tha we cannot find your place of Gondola service. We told your employee that we were near Hotel Bauer, he should have told us that tha Gondola service was just beside the Salvatorre Ferragamo. Well managed tour - the gondola ride was great and the gondolier was pleasant. The only problem was that the meeting point was pretty hard to find, especially if you aren't familiar with Venice outside of the St. Mark's Square. It would be nice if they could arrange a meeting point somewhere in the square. However, we called to let them know we were having trouble finding the place and they obliged to wait almost 15 minutes till we arrived. The ride covers quite a bit of the grand canal and a few of the smaller waterways.
