They gave me the wrong time. Haven’t seen my refund, customer service can’t do anything contacting the BBB.

False advertising

First and foremost driver was very nice and professional but as far as the tour, it was advertised as a 3 hour tour that was only 1-1/2hrs. Didn’t see many attractions listed on your site for the $45. It costs. Website should be updated for its false advertisement!

Scam. Don't do it.

Paid for 3 hour tour, got an hour and a half. Didn't see the Capitol building at all. The description said there were 5 minute stops at several places. Nope, it was a slow roll that was barely slow enough to get a blurry picture. Now I have to go out of my way so my kids can see the Capitol building when we already have a full schedule. The staff was rude and indifferent. Do not waste your time or money. I want at least a partial refund and sent an email. I'm guessing I won't hear back from them. 2 stars because we didn't have to walk it.

The tour was nice but we were hoping for a bit more the bus didn't really stop for photo opps and we were under the impression that it was a guided tour and it was not just music playing in the ear buds . I don't think I would recommend this to anyone for the price we paid it was not worth it .

When purchasing online, they asked for our hotel name for pickup but then did not pick up and we were unable to make it to the tour bus location on time.

Worst Company Ever
Rachel_T

If I could give zero stars, I would. Came into DC with my family for the Fourth of July weekend. This company seemed to be one of the only ones giving tours. I paid $170 for four of us (3 adults and one child) to take the 3 hour evening tour. After purchasing my tickets I found out that they had to be PRINTED and that they do not accept the tickets from my mobile device. Obviously I had no way to do this, so I had to beg the hotel staff to print them. Then, after they asked on the site for my hotel for pickup, I saw on my ticket that they do not do pickup. No problem, we got an Uber. Get to Union Station and walk around for 20 minutes trying to figure out where they were. Finally call the number and speak to someone who says that they are not giving tours during COVID and that they had not had a chance to update their website?? It’s been 4 months, how have you not had time to do that?? I requested a refund (again, $170) and the guy (rudely) says that I will have to email and request one. I have requested a refund but have yet to receive it (it says this could take up to 7 days). So please, do not waste your time.

BEWARE of open air seating in winter
nicholsamanda

Should have let us know when buying tickets that some people would have to sit outside for the night tour. It would never occur to me that a night bus tour in 28 degree weather would be outside. Moreover, the bus driver did not offer any options for people to rotate or take turns so my group sat outside for 2hrs in the freezing temps.
